PRESSURE DOESN'T CARE
ABOUT YOUR TITLE.
WHO BRINGS COACH RON IN
BUILT FOR THE ROOMS WHERE PRESSURE LIVES.
Athletes feel it in the batter’s box and at the free-throw line. Leaders feel it at quarter-end, in the reorg, in the room where the decision gets made. Same skill. Every talk is built for your audience.
CORPORATE TEAMS & OFFSITES
Leaders and teams carrying a heavy quarter, a big change or a culture reset.
ASSOCIATIONS & CONFERENCES
A keynote that lands across a room of different roles, ages and industries.
ATHLETIC PROGRAMS & CLUBS
High school, college and club teams, plus the coaches and parents around them.
HIGH-PRESSURE PROFESSIONS
First responders, healthcare teams and anyone who has to perform when it counts.
FROM THE ROOM
WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE LIVE.

SIGNATURE KEYNOTE
WINNING STARTS WITHIN
The mental edge behind high-performing teams. Built on the same mental training Coach Ron’s former athletes still use years later, in their careers and in their lives.

Based on his book, Winning Starts Within: The 10 Pillars of Mental Performance
01
THE BOUNCE
A reset for the moment after the miss, so one mistake doesn’t become three.
02
CONTROL THE CONTROLLABLES
Put limited energy only where you have ownership: effort, preparation, response.
03
BE WHERE YOUR FEET ARE
Presence under pressure. Win the rep in front of you, not the last one.
04
MUDITA
Real joy in a teammate’s success. The antidote to comparison and the core of a “we over me” team.
YOUR PEOPLE WALK AWAY WITH
TOOLS, NOT JUST A GOOD FEELING.
This isn’t motivation. It’s application. The goal is a room that thinks, responds and performs differently on Monday.

A reset after the miss
Something they can use right after a mistake, a bad call or a rough quarter.
A clear line on control
What they own, what they don’t, and where their energy goes.
Shared team language
Words leaders can reinforce the next morning so it sticks.
A talk built for them
A planning call first, so the stories and examples fit your people.
FORMATS
PICK THE FORMAT. HE’LL FIT THE ROOM.
Every engagement is tailored to your audience after a planning call.
Keynote
45 to 60 minutes. Stories, a live rep and one clear takeaway.
Half-day workshop
Hands-on. Your team practices the tools together.
Keynote + workshop
The big room in the morning, a smaller group after.
Lunch-and-learn
A focused session that fits a working day.
Virtual session
For remote and hybrid teams.
