Cancellation Policy
- Must be booked at least 14 days in advance. - Max capacities: 40 parents (Parent Seminar). - Require full payment at booking (or 50% deposit if agreed). - Cancellation policy: - 7+ days’ notice: Reschedule or refund minus 10% admin fee. - Less than 7 days: Deposit/payment non-refundable, may apply toward future event.
